“The best apartment complex in Tallahassee that I’ve lived in, the building itself is kept in great condition and cleaned frequently, and the location is super convenient for getting to classes on campus. The staff is extremely helpful and prepared to assist you in whatever you need. 10/10 recommend.”

“This apartment complex is probably one of the best in Tallahassee! Samantha is honestly so sweet and always there for me when I need something. The rates are lower than the other so called “luxury apartments” in town and the apartments are worth every penny!! My favorite part is the size of the apartment. I was baffled when I walked in on move in day because I was not expecting to have so much space. The bedrooms are such a good size. I’ve never experienced any huge maintenance problems but if there has ever been something that needed fixing the maintenance comes fairly quick. The complex is always really quite and clean.”
